Aikido Winter Solstice Seminar (on Zoom): Accessible to All

Saturday Dec. 19 and Sunday Dec. 20, 2020 log in for “Peak Performance” — the Aikido Winter Solstice Seminar.

Tap into an amazing array of talent from across the aikido world. Some of the presenters are from Birankai North America including:

  • Elizabeth Beringer Sensei, “Aikido and Feldenkrais: Expanding Your Options”

  • Suzane Van Amburgh Sensei, “Maturing Your Movement”

  • Neilu Naini Sensei will participate in a panel discussion about Aikido and working with horses

  • Nikki Colonge of Brooklyn Aikikai presents “Yoga for Aikido”

Instructors from around the world and across style affiliations offer insights into how other embodied disciplines inform our aikido practice and how aikido informs the practice of other disciplines.

The event raises funds for a good cause. Aiki Access, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, is dedicated to reducing barriers to Aikido practice. The funds collected during this Winter Solstice seminar event will support dojos experiencing hardships due to COVID-19.
